	Pit Bull Terrier (mix) Adult Male Medium	Joe is heart breakingly sweet and has so much love to give! Joe is one of the shelters "project dogs." This wonderful 2 year old has spent the better part of his life on the end of a chain outside of a vacant cabin. His previous owner fed him a couple of times a week when he felt like it, leaving a big pile of food on the ground to last several days. Now we are trying to give Joe and his two pals a chance for a real life. Joe's temperament and attitude are fantastic! This guy loves to hug and is learning how to walk on a leash. He just adores people but can not live with cats. We are working on introducing Joe to other dogs and toys. He has some scars around his ears from untreated fly bites and he had to have 3 teeth pulled because they were broken. Joe has been neutered, his vaccinations are up to date and he has been microchipped. We are looking for a very special home for this very special dog. 	Boxer (mix) Adult Male Large	This is a really smart and sensitive 2 1/2 year old dog. Rueben is a fast learner and is very affectionate. His intelligence and complicated nature make him a great dog for just the right family. We would like him to go home with an experienced dog person who has a kind nature and understands dogs. He is too sensitive for a home with children and is very fond of women. Rueben has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
